On Dec. 3, 2016, members of the University of North Florida (UNF) Transportation & Logistics Society/Student Port and the Propeller Club of Jacksonville will decorate the Hubbard House lobby for the holidays and deliver items collected during our 15th Annual Hubbard House Holiday Drive.Hubbard House is the oldest domestic violence shelter in Florida. While Propeller Club members brought donations for the drive to our Membership Social in September, the Student Port has also been collecting donations and items this Fall. Donated funds will be used to purchase strollers and portable cribs.There's still time for you to get involved this holiday season and make a difference in the lives of women and children who are victims of domestic violence. Donate to the 14th Annual UNF Student Port and Propeller Club Holiday Drive
Since 2002, the Propeller Club Student Port at UNF (Transportation and Logistics Society) has been making the holidays happier for residents of Hubbard House, the oldest full-service shelter in the state of Florida for women and children who are victims of domestic violence.The Student Port is sponsoring a drive to collect new toys, books, hygiene items, gift cards, cash and clothing. Hubbard House is in dire need of umbrellas, socks and underwear this year.Members of the Propeller Club and the Student Port will the deliver items collected and decorate the lobby on Dec. 6.
